same quality and timely service. We offer only quality homes that we can personally guarantee and stand behind such as
Champion, Homes of Merit, Skyline and TownHomes. We have a good selection of Manufactured and Modular homes for you to
tour…we even have a stilt home on display! We are also known for our two story homes. We can order single wide homes and
get used homes in from time to time.
We can help you “custom” design your home. We have several floor plans to choose from and can make changes if
necessary to customize your home. You can also choose the colors that fit into your individual decor.
We offer complete financing with as little as 5% down for as long as thirty years. We can also do home/land packages
(mortgages with the home, your land & all amenities). Financing is done from our office; therefore you don’t have the added
stress or cost of running around. You may use the local banks if you prefer, however, it may take longer and the interest rates
are about the same.
We specialize in “TURN-KEY” service; we can obtain all the building permits, arrange for the well, septic tank, power
pole, hookups and make any other arrangements that may be necessary. These amenities vary in price according to the county
you choose to live in. We use only reputable and established sub-contractors which we know we can depend on to do their best
work in a timely and professional manner.
